尽快 vs 赶快

A) 尽快(jǐnkuài= as quickly as possible):

1. Don't worry, I will solve that problem as quickly as possible.

你放心，那个问题我会尽快jǐnkuài解决。

2. Sure, we will be there as soon as possible.

好的，我们会尽快jǐnkuài的。

3. OK, President Qian. I'll arrange it as soon as possible.

B) 赶快gǎnkuài : immediately, hurry up

1. Hurry up and get out of bed! You're going to be late!

赶快起床，要迟到了！

2. Let's hurry up and go. The airplane is going to take off!

我们赶快走吧，飞机就要起飞了！

3. As soon as I saw them fighting, I quickly ran away.

我一看见他们在打架，就赶快跑了。

尽管 (j ǐ n ​ gu ǎ n=even though) is stronger in meaning and tone than 虽然 (=though, even though) and what follows 尽管 is a fact that already exists in the context. 尽管 indicates that in spite of a certain fact, it makes no difference to the situation, 尽管 and 还是 should be used together. 虽然 may or may not have this implication.
